LastDrop
Delete your account and data
In the app (recommended, immediate)
- Open LastDrop.
- Scroll down on the home screen: Account › Delete my account.
- For security, enter your password (or pick your Google account if you signed in with Google) and tap Delete permanently.
If you no longer have access to the app
Send an e-mail with the subject "LastDrop account deletion" to kopar.mobapp@gmail.com from the e-mail address of your LastDrop account, and include the phone number of one of your emergency contacts. After verifying your identity we delete everything within 30 days.
Deleting some data without deleting your account
- Emergency contacts: in LastDrop › Emergency contacts, swipe the contact to the left and tap Delete. The name and number are deleted immediately.
- Parent link: the parent taps Stop watching on the device card in the Family screen; access to that device's data ends immediately.
- Alert history: alert records older than 90 days (including location) are deleted automatically.
- Other data (e.g. only your location or name): email kopar.mobapp@gmail.com with the subject "LastDrop data deletion"; it is deleted within 30 days after we verify your identity.
What is deleted?
- Your LastDrop account (e-mail address / Google sign-in link) and device record
- Your name, emergency contacts, last location and battery information
- All alert history
- Parent pairings
Nothing is kept, including in backups, unless required by law. Because alert SMS messages are sent from your phone's own line, messages already sent remain in your phone's messaging app and on the recipients' phones; LastDrop has no access to them.
